At Memorygram, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
